Refund Policy:
- Cancel between March 9 and April 6, 2012: 50% refund of program fee minus deposit
- Cancel between April 7 and April 30: 25% refund of program fee minus deposit
- No refund available after April 30, 2012
- The deposit is non-refundable*
Please note: In case of Visa denial by the U.S. Consulate, all payments will be returned minus a $100 administrative fee. Proof of visa denial from the U.S. Consulate required (either letter of denial or denial stamp in passport).
